How can I completely remove and delete the cloud saves on backwards compatible games, such as Fable 3, so that I can play it without being stopped by a 'Required DLC' notification? If I could just DELETE the saves then IĬould play, but I can't even do that. It just takes it away temporarily until the game is started back up. Instead they have some feature called 'Reserved Space', when I try to delete This is where I also found out that the saves for backwards compatibility games such as Fable 3 do not share the function to delete hard drive and cloud saves like Xbox One games. Only to realize that the saves had not been deleted, instead, the pesky Cloud Save feature kept them around.

(That includes all the add-ons Fable 3 has) So, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled

Since the Yule Hat DLC is what I need, I decided to find it in the Xbox store, where I found out you can only download add-ons through a bundle that doesn't even exsist. You can see what DLC is owned for that game) The only ones apparent are Free Weapons, Dog Breed, and somehow Traitors Keep, which I've never even downloaded in the first place. When I tried to redownload the DLC needed, the Yule Hat DLC was not appearing in the Manage Game area (where Sadly, I failed to realize that I could not delete the saves in-game. I had already taken up all the saves because I was experimenting with the game. When I went back to my game I was stopped by a 360 notfication window that I needed to download the DLC required for the saves. Fable 3 will be one of the most uniqe RPG's ever. Since he didn't have the DLC that I had (All of theĭLC I have is free, Yule Hat, Free Weapons, dog breed potions) I uninstalled them. Fable 3 is Free on the Xbox Live Marketplace Right Now - Go Get It. My friend had also gotten the game as we both used to play it a lot when had first come out. It’s another lesson in being extremely careful with your wording, because you never know when a tease is just a small beat of a larger marketing plan.Recently I've been playing one of my favorite games with the new backwards compatibility, that being Fable 3. Hell, Microsoft has multiple IPs that could fit the initial tease, it’s just that the Fable mention in the follow-up set thoughts marching in a specific direction. We still don’t know what the actual news was supposed to be, but it’s not related to the new Fable game at least. Xbox Game Studios Publishing October 18, 2021 Sorry for any confusion! We don't have any big game news tomorrow, or any info about upcoming Fable game.

Until, well, the account had to clarify that this was a whoopsie-daisy on a pretty big scale. This would only make sense and stirred up some conversations and expectations for a Monday trailer or some other kind of news drop. It stands to reason, for any casual observer, that this account was tweeting about Fable in some form - most likely, the upcoming undetailed new Fable game from Forza Horizon developer Playground Games. Upon teasing some news for Monday with mention of chickens, the account followed the (now deleted) tweet up with the line “We’d call it our Fable Anniversary, but that name was already taken.” That’s kind of how the Xbox Game Studios Publishing account stepped into it the other day. Imagine all the daily misinterpretations you have from just talking to people with the added contexts of vocal intonation, body language, and the ability to quickly clarify what you mean and then strip all those away in favor of a megaphone that reads out statements in a monotone voice with just loud white noise as feedback.
